Prof. at Valparaíso, Chile, after doing a postdoc at UNAM and at the Czech Academy of Sciences. I did my PhD in Barcelona under the supervision of Carl Hoefer, and have visited Pittsburgh, the Rotman Institute, etc. My dissertation deals with the notion of law of nature, and was awarded summa cum laude by Michael Strevens, Stephen Mumford, and Daniel Quesada. Previously I studied Engineering of telecommunications (URL La Salle) and Philosophy (University of Barcelona) and worked in the real world for a while.
