I am an assistant professor in the Sage School of Philosophy at Cornell University. My work is primarily within philosophical logic, philosophy of language, metaphysics, and epistemology. Specifically, my research focuses on counterfactuals, identity, hyperintensionality, conventionalism, expressivism, metalinguistic negotiation, conceptual engineering, and metametaphysics. In 2018, I earned my PhD in the Group in Logic and Methodology of Science at the University of California, Berkeley.
