My main areas of research are the philosophy of science (both natural and social), the philosophy of language, and metaphysics. I also regularly venture into the philosophy of mind and environmental ethics. The subjects that currently preoccupy me most are ontology, reduction and supervenience, and two-dimensional semantics. In my spare time, I engage in self-sufficient farming and practical environmentalism. I can be contacted at [email protected].
