I am an assistant professor at the Department of Philosophy at the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP). I recently completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the Center for Philosophy of Science at the University of Pittsburgh. I am interested in the roles that normativity plays in explanation, modelling, and analysis in neuroscience, psychology, and machine learning.
