(English) This paper addresses the fundamental aporia of Ontic Structural Realism (OSR): if physical objects have no intrinsic properties independent of their relations, what individuates the relata that instantiate those relations ? After surveying three standard responses - substantial relata, relation-without-relata, and purely positional relata - and showing that each leads respectively to a contradiction with OSR, the paper argues that the impasse is categorical rather than technical. Drawing on Noether's theorem and quantum non-locality, it proposes the virtual as a primitive ontological category: a mathematical-geometric structure, immanent to the actual yet not reducible to it, which nomologically constrains what interactions can obtain. The paper then defends this ontology against three objections: the charge of disguised Platonism (resolved by contrasting transcendence with immanence), the demarcation problem between mathematical and physical structures (resolved by the criterion of physical instantiation), and Michael Esfeld's Super-Humeanism (addressed via Noether's inversion of the explanatory direction and the resolution of Newman's objection). It concludes that the virtual, understood as the structure of ontological valences, provides OSR with the explanatory resources needed to account for individuation, actualization, and nomological regularity without positing either substances or bare relata. (français) Cet article affronte l'aporie fondamentale du Réalisme Structural Ontique (RSO) : si les objets physiques n'ont aucune propriété intrinsèque indépendante de leurs relations, qu'est-ce qui individue les relata qui instancient ces relations ? Après un examen des trois réponses canoniques - relata substantiels, relations sans relata, relata purement positionnels - et la démonstration que chacune conduit respectivement à une contradiction avec le RSO, une structure inintelligible ou une circularité vicieuse, l'article soutient que l'impasse est d'ordre catégorial plutôt que technique. S'appuyant sur le théorème de Noether et la non-localité quantique, il propose la notion de virtuel comme catégorie ontologique primitive : une structure mathématique-géométrique, immanente à l'actuel sans s'y réduire, qui contraint nomologiquement les interactions possibles. L'article défend ensuite cette ontologie contre trois objections : l'accusation de platonisme déguisé, le problème de démarcation entre structures mathématiques et physiques, et le Super-Huméanisme de Michael Esfeld. Il conclut que le virtuel, compris comme structure des valences ontologiques, fournit au RSO les ressources explicatives nécessaires pour rendre compte de l'individuation, de l'actualisation et de la régularité nomologique, sans postuler ni substance ni relata nus.
