The integration of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESGEnvironmental Social Governance (ESG)) principles has emerged as a basis for the development of sustainability in organizations. With this in mind, governance and transparency also influence leadership in this information age. This chapter aims to elaborate on how governance and transparency help leaders act ethically in organizations. In today's world, where technology is advancing so quick, being transparent and having good governance modelsGovernance models are crucial. We'll try to understand how governance and transparency affect ethical leadership in organizations in this modern age, by showing how different governance styles and levels of transparency impact ethical leadership, and try to give an answer to these three main questions: (1) How do organizational governance structures influenceDecision-making processes decision-making processes?
