I teach philosophy of language and argumentation theory at the University of Salamanca, Spain.

In 2007 I obtained a master's degree in philosophy from the University of Windsor, Canada. In 2015 I obtained my PhD in philosophy from the University of Barcelona, Spain, under the supervision of Max Kölbel, with a thesis on the semantics and pragmatics of definite descriptions. My current research focuses on natural language semantics (the semantics of presuppositions, quantifier domain restriction, the semantics-pragmatics interface, semantic externalism) and issues in argumentation theory closely related to the philosophy of language.
