The solution presented in this work consists in the use of personal memory assistants to monitor single entities, linked to a centralized management system. The main goal is to regulate key stakeholders, such as physicians, nurses or devices, in terms of their daily activities, location or tasks. It is also presented the architecture of such system, a prototype and the expected results
