My research is situated in the field of contemporary philosophy and critically examines the processes through which modernity and coloniality shape and legitimize forms of knowledge, political organization, and subjectivity, as well as the possibilities for their contestation and transformation. From an interdisciplinary perspective, my work is structured around three interrelated lines of inquiry: decolonial thought, epistemologies of the South, and epistemic justice; democracy, power, and collective action; and gender, masculinities, and sexual dissidence.
