I'm a philosopher of science and medicine, primarily looking into the overlaps of research, practice, pharmacovigilance, and side effect discovery in clinical contexts. I'm also interested in the social epistemic implications of public participation in science and how it affects conversations around the 'value free ideal.' Additionally, my most nascent research looks at the value of drawing analogies between medicine and agriculture. Lecturer at East Tennessee State University starting Fall 2024.
