Cameron Boult

I am an Associate Professor of philosophy at Brandon University, Canada. Before joining BU in 2017, I was a postdoctoral researcher on the project, Knowledge First Virtue Epistemology (PI: Christoph Kelp), at KU Leuven. My research focuses on the intersection of epistemology, ethics, and meta-normative theory. I have worked on the nature of justified belief, radical scepticism, and epistemic anti-realism. I am especially interested in fundamental questions about the similarities and differences between epistemology and other normative disciplines, such as ethics, or aesthetics. Most recently I've been exploring epistemic blame, interpersonal relations, the foundations of epistemic normativity, and the intersection of these topics.
