I am an assistant professor of philosophy at Rutgers University–Newark. I work primarily in ethics, metaethics, and moral psychology. One of my research projects aims to reconcile expressivism about normative discourse with normative realism, and to explore the benefits of this result. My other project aims to make sense of our attachments to various forms of imperfection in our lives.
