My work consists of work on a doctorate, as well as of lecturing at the Danish National School of Performing Arts, University College of Dance Art Oslo, Østfold University College, The Danish Church, and other institutions.
From my twenties till my forties I worked as a performing artist doing physical experimental theatre, classical Asian dance, singing, voice-overs, and traditional acting and dancing. I also have a drama teacher degree, and have been teaching dance, body language, drama & film.
The preparation for a documentary film on people's relationship to death led me to study philosophy. In 2014 I submitted my MA thesis on performers’ states of consciousness.
Since then my research has been presented at academic conferences, published, and used in lectures and workshops for scholars, dancers, social workers, kids, artists, and others with specific interests in the bodily, affective and/or artistic.
