I am currently teaching ethics and philosophy of humor at High Point University in North Carolina.
In May 2021, I earned my Ph.D. from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where I also taught undergraduate courses until April 2021. My current research lies at the intersection of applied ethics, philosophy of humor, and philosophy of emotions. Other research interests include philosophy of death.
