I am an assistant professor in philosophy at Binghamton University (SUNY). I previously held research fellowships at St Hilda's College, Oxford and the University of Hradec Kralove in the Czech Republic. I received my PhD from the University of Pittsburgh. I work in philosophy of mind, epistemology, and philosophy of technology, with additional interests in areas of ethics. Most of my research is on self-knowledge. My historical interests include Joseph Butler, Kant, Wittgenstein, Ryle, and Murdoch.
