I am an Assistant Professor in Philosophy at Université Laval in Quebec City. I earned my Ph.D. in Philosophy at the University of Toronto in 2020, working under the supervision of Sergio Tenenbaum and David Barnett.

My work focuses on how we think about the future – in particular, on how our various ways of conceptualizing and imagining the future influence the rationality of our actions. My dissertation centers on hope, arguing that it constitutes a unique mental state, going beyond a desire for a certain outcome and a belief in its possibility.
