My research focuses on ethical theory and international justice. My work includes books with Sanjay Reddy, International Trade and Labour Standards: A Proposal for Linkage (Columbia University Press), and Gerhard Øverland, Responding to Global Poverty: Harm, Responsibility, and Agency (Cambridge University Press), and articles in Ethics, Philosophy & Public Affairs and many other leading journals in international relations, law, and moral and political philosophy. I am currently finishing book with Garrett Cullity on the ethics of net zero, under contract with OUP.
