Clark Vincent Bayotas

Clark Vincent D. Bayotas, EdD is an educator, researcher, and higher education administrator whose work explores the intersection of leadership, communication, and emerging technologies. His scholarly interests include artificial intelligence in education, educational leadership, organizational communication, digital transformation, and higher education governance. He currently serves as Director of the Marketing and Communications Office of Liceo de Cagayan University, Philippines.
