Grew up in Spring Glen, N.Y., and went to Ithaca College in 2000. In 2004, attended Florida State University, studied ethics, philosophy of mind/psychology/science, epistemology and metaphilosophy. Wrote a dissertation examining the good life from a non-traditional perspective, focusing on the philosophy and psychology of well-being. Received Ph.D. Fall, 2011, spent a year teaching full-time at Mississippi State University. Currently a lecturer in philosophy at Coastal Carolina University.
