Colin Koopman's recent work focuses on the the politics of data and its historical emergence as exemplified in his book How We Became Our Data. The book, which was profiled in The New York Times, develops a historical genealogy of the "informational person" and the information politics, or "infopolitics", in which we are all increasingly enrolled.
Prior to this, he wrote two books, one on pragmatism and one on genealogy -- both develop philosophical methodologies for contributions to political philosophy and critical inquiry.
His writings are most frequently update on his website at: http://pages.uoregon.edu/koopman/texts.html.
