Colm J. McGivern

I am a PhD researcher in the Department of Philosophy at the University of St Andrews (as part of the SASP program). My philosophical interests largely lie in Kant's critical philosophy, as well as in metaphysics (both contemporary and historical), especially metaontology and current developments of what may be broadly called 'Meinongianism.' Outside of Kant, I maintain interests in German idealism (esp. Fichte and Schelling) as well as 19th and 20th century German phenomenology (esp. Husserl and Heidegger).
