Method: clear answers to clear philosophical questions. Like other disciplines, philosophy ought to try to describe things in themselves. No linguistic or semantic methods. Tradition: Analytic in the wide sense of giving clear answers to clear philosophical questions and defending them with arguments. Not analytic in the narrow sense of the linguistic turn or of using linguistics or semantics in philosophy.
