Deleuze's most general project is to establish an immanent genesis of real experience. In Difference and Repetition, this ambition involves not only the discovery and development of a double genetic circuit — a static genesis of being and a dynamic genesis of thought —, but also the action of a so-called “transcendental” principle. In the fifth chapter of the book, this principle refers to the concept of intensity and to the realm of an “asymmetrical synthesis of the sensible”. What is the relevance of such a synthesis within the architecture of this work? What role might an intensive domain play in the genetic claims of the Deleuzian project at this period? This text aims to answer these questions by providing a commentary on the fifth chapter of Difference and Repetition. We seek to develop three points: (1) the definition of intensity as a transcendental principle of phenomena; (2) the individuating role this notion assumes in the movement of the Idea's actualization; (3) the sense of evolution to which intensity leads, as well as Deleuze's particular interest in psychic systems. The development of these points will show us the extent to which intensity is a central concept in the articulation of the genetic claims of a work like Difference and Repetition.

La relación de Deleuze con Gueroult es paradójica. Desde un punto de vista estrictamente filosófico, Gueroult profesaba un racionalismo que poco tenía que envidiar al de Alquié o al de Hyppolite, el cual Deleuze no dejará de criticar severamente. Ahora bien, Deleuze no solo no critica las posiciones de Gueroult, sino que las adopta continuamente. ¿Cómo puede explicarse esto? La razón nos parece ser la siguiente: Gueroult jamás dejó de apoyar y sostener la exigencia de un “orden sintético” o de un “dinamismo genético” en la filosofía. Antes de ser un método para el historiador de la filosofía, esta exigencia expresa una cierta concepción de la filosofía, de donde derivan tanto una práctica como una filosofía de la historia de la filosofía. Si Deleuze retoma por su cuenta las posiciones de Gueroult, es precisamente porque su propio trabajo filosófico no dejará de alimentarse de esta exigencia de Gueroult, así como de la concepción de la filosofía que este expresa. En la obra de Deleuze, esta exigencia hizo posible incluso un gesto decisivo, más allá de la ambición de Gueroult: la crítica del racionalismo en nombre del empirismo trascendental. Con Gueroult, y más allá de Gueroult, el discípulo se convierte en creador. Quizás haya que entender en este sentido la siguiente afirmación de Olivier Revault d’Allonnes: “Siempre he considerado a Gilles [Deleuze] como un gran alumno de Gueroult”.

El lugar y significación de lo femenino en relación con la filosofía hegeliana ha sido un importante foco de interés dentro de la tradición de la filosofía contemporánea. Una de las autoras cuyo trabajo en la actualidad puede aportar nuevas luces en este respecto es Catherine Malabou. El presente texto busca desarrollar la relación entre Hegel y lo femenino identificando lo femenino como el foco de transformación de la lectura. Lo femenino aparece aquí como el sujeto de una hermenéutica especulativa en la que el texto y el lector recíprocamente reciben y donan una nueva forma a la filosofía, transformándose mutuamente en tal proceso. La posibilidad de una lectura femenina en y de la historia de la filosofía toma su raíz en el descubrimiento de una temporalidad plástica de la filosofía hegeliana. En este sentido, más allá de la lectura heideggeriana del concepto vulgar del tiempo, y de sus principales derivaciones, lo femenino en Hegel, considerado desde el ángulo de la plasticidad, ligado al desarrollo de la temporalidad, señala la posibilidad de la transformación subjetiva de la lectura en y de la filosofía. Lo femenino en Hegel abriría entonces el espacio de una metamorfosis hacia un inédito horizonte filosófico, horizonte que, sin duda desconocido y sorprendente, se podría en todo caso anticipar y "ver venir".

This article proposes the double perspective of a cosmogenesis and a cosmic experimentation as the two directions that a Deleuzian cosmology could take following Difference and Repetition. In order to do so, we take the concept of intensity (intensive quantity) not only as the main guiding thread of our inquiry but also as the axis of comprehension of a dynamic conception of space and time (the so called theory of spatio-temporal dynamisms). Under such conditions, we will analyze how a process of genesis discovers the emergence of the cosmos, first of all, in the creation of multiple lines of differenciation based on the complication of its various spatio-temporal modalities. Afterwards, a cosmic experimentation will describe how an individual experience (a life, a sensibility) may provide a second perspective by establishing a clear-confused explication of such genetic spatio-temporal modalities. In this way, made explicit between two registers, the notion of cosmos will finally appear as a "phantastical" notion insofar as equivalent to the reciprocal relationship woven between a genetic process of transformation and an empirical process of development.

The Kantian approach to the sublime in the Critique of the Power of Judgment is based on an antagonism between two faculties, Imagination and Reason. In order to understand this conflict under new conceptual coordinates, and pursuing a triple exegetical, aesthetical and political interest, the aim of the present paper is to develop the brutal character proper to the conceptual dynamics deployed in such an approach. Reconstructing this mouvement from the incidences of the term Gewalt, under a brutalism of the sublime, we focus on the inquiry of the violence that the Imagination experiences in its mathematical determination and, on the other hand, of the power that Reason holds according to the dynamic determination of the sublime. Thus, under such a perspective, violence, power and subjective impotence will appear as constitutive characters of the genesis of the feeling of the sublime within the horizon of transcendental philosophy.
