David L. Hildebrand is Professor of Philosophy at the University of Colorado Denver. He has served as President of the Society for the Advancement of American Philosophy, and the Southwestern Philosophical Society.

He is the author of two academic books, as well as numerous scholarly articles, encyclopedia entries, reviews, and presentations, national and international.
