My research explores the relationship between normative reasons and good reasoning, with the aim of better understanding the nature of reasons. In particular, I examine whether existing accounts of reasons—such as primitivism, explanationist views, evidence-based views, and the reasoning view—can make sense of the role that reasons play in good reasoning.
