I'm currently an M.A. student at Loyola Marymount University. My research tends to focus on ethical issues concerning the relationship between embodiment and society using Continental philosophy and Feminist philosophy as interpretive frameworks. My focus extends from philosophy of race, gender, sexuality, and disability to animal ethics and ethics of childhood. I incorporate phenomenological, hermeneutical, and genealogical approaches into feminist ethics, emphasizing love, care, and play to address the question "how might we live?" In the broadest sense, my research may be described as social ecology vis-à-vis nature and culture.
