David Morrow is the Director of Research at the Institute for Carbon Removal Law and Policy and the Forum for Climate Engineering Assessment, both of which are housed in the School of International Service at American University. He is also a Research Fellow with the Institute for Philosophy and Public Policy. He works primarily on climate ethics, with a focus on the ethics and governance of carbon removal and solar geoengineering. He also writes textbooks on critical thinking, applied ethics, and the history of philosophy.
