I am assistant professor of philosophy at Camden County College, where I also coach our Ethics Bowl team.
I am currently working on a book about Ashoka's political philosophy. I am also developing and playtesting a live role-playing Reacting game that allows students to re-enact the contentious reception of Descartes' philosophy in the Netherlands.
Additionally, I am a co-investigator for the Integrating Civil Discourse into the Curriculum project, which is funded by a grant from the Department of Education and administered by North Carolina State University and the University of Notre Dame.
