I am a member of the Institute of Philosophy at the University of Leuven, Belgium. I research in the field of the history of philosophy, specializing in the area of German Idealism and the thought of Johann Gottlieb Fichte. My work also concerns the philosophical and artistic writings of Novalis, Rudolf Steiner and Christian Morgenstern, and J.W. von Goethe's scientific worldview.

From 2009-2011, I was a Post-Doctoral Fellow in philosophy at the Bavarian Academy of Sciences in Munich, where I collaborated on the Johann Gottlieb Fichte Gesamtausgabe (vols. II/16, II/17, IV/6).
