My interests in philosophy centre on moral and political theory and on theories of action and agency, with an emphasis on German idealism. My interests in public affairs concern public management, governance and institutional ethics.

I completed a BPhil and DPhil in philosophy at the University of Oxford (Balliol College), a master's in public administration at Carleton University, and an undergraduate degree in philosophy and German at McGill University.
