I work on foundational questions in metaphysics and philosophy of physics, with a focus on ontology, causality, and the conceptual limits of probabilistic explanation. My current project develops a unified framework (Theory of Coherence) that addresses the relationships among metaphysics, physics, and meaning, including issues of gravity, indeterminacy, and explanation.
