At present, I primarily work on theoretical aspects of Schopenhauer's Transcendental Idealism, with a hope toward applying some of its principles to contemporary Realism-Antirealism debates in the Metaphysics of Morals and, to a lesser extent, the Philosophy of Mind.
I also have broader interests in other aspects of Metaethics and Action Theory, Epistemology, Aesthetics, German philosophy in the 18th and 19th centuries, and the role of reason in the philosophy of religion.
