I’m a postdoctoral researcher at Leibniz University Hannover. My research focuses on:
1) Philosophy of AI and machine learning; exploring epistemic-ethical issues raised by the use of AI/ML technologies across science and society. 1) General philosophy of science; especially concerning inference from models, simulations, and experiments. 2) Philosophy of science and values, especially on the role of moral and political values in scientific methodology. 4) Philosophy of evidence-based policy, focusing on the extrapolation of causal effects to new environments.
Before joining Hannover, I completed my PhD in philosophy at Durham University.
