Donald Nordberg is a corporate governance scholar and practitioner with sidelines in philosophy and literature. He is author of The Cadbury Code and Recurrent Crisis (Palgrave, 2020) and Corporate Governance: Principles and Issues (Sage, 2011). Following a long spell as a financial journalist, he moved into academia, focusing of management and strategy.
