Donald Nordberg

Donald Nordberg is a corporate governance scholar and practitioner with sidelines in philosophy and literature. He is author of The Cadbury Code and Recurrent Crisis (Palgrave, 2020) and Corporate Governance: Principles and Issues (Sage, 2011). Following a long spell as a financial journalist, he moved into academia, focusing of management and strategy. His philosophical interests include pragmatism and group decision-making and how we navigate in uncertainty. He chairs the board of a major social care provider and is a non-executive director of a large performing arts organisation in the UK. He sits on the editorial boards of Corporate Governance: An International Review (Wiley) and Philosophy of Management (Springer).
