Donald Nordberg is Emeritus Professor at Bournemouth University in England, a corporate governance scholar and practitioner with sidelines in philosophy and literature. He is author of The Cadbury Code and Recurrent Crisis (Palgrave, 2020) and Corporate Governance: Principles and Issues (Sage, 2011).
