Edgar holds a PhD in Information Systems and a BA (Hons) in Public Policy from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand. Edgar’s research interest is on the social, cultural and organisational impact of digital technologies. As a research analyst, he plans and implements Netsafe’s research in regard to online safety and digital risks, challenges and opportunities. Edgar has also conducted and published extensive research on new technologies in the context of higher education and disability.
