Elisa Galgut

I teach in the Philosophy Department at the University of Cape Town, South Africa. My main areas of interest are in aesthetics - particularly literary aesthetics - psychoanalysis, and animal rights, especially in the context of animal experimentation. I also write poetry, which both informs and is informed by my interests in aesthetics.
