My research interests are primarily in moral responsibility and metaethics, with a particular focus on apologies and moral repair. My dissertation develops a functionalist account of apologies and explores their role in our moral responsibility practice, as well as in the context of collective and epistemic apologies. I also have broader interests in ethics, value theory, social epistemology, political philosophy, and speech-act theory.
