Educated in Italy and France, I hold a dual PhD in early modern philosophy delivered by the universities of Milan and Lyon 3. My main research interests are in early modern thought and literature, with a special focus on philosophical anthropology, theory of emotions, essay writing, ethics and politics. I’m also working on the relationships between Continental and American philosophy.
