My main research interests include Early Modern Philosophy (esp. British Moralists), Virtue Ethics, Enlightenment Studies, Ethics, and its History. I am always happy to hear from anyone with similar interests and to review papers in my fields of expertise.
I hold a Ph.D. from the University of St Andrews (Scotland). For the 2022 Fall term, I was a visiting doctoral researcher at NYU. In the past, I was a DAAD fellow at the University of Mainz, the Göttingen Institute of Advanced Study and the University of Cologne.
