(level-one CONACYT) is full professor at UNAM, at Tijuana. His main work explores the moral and philosophical arguments surrounding borders and immigration policy. His other interests include the morality of discrimination and the duties related to anti-corruption institutional policies. Recent publications include “The Legitimate Exclusion of Would-Be Immigrants: A View from Global Ethics and the Ethics of International Relations,” Social Sciences 8 (2019).
