We reconsider the Myerson value and the position value for communication situations. In case the underlying game is a unanimity game, we show that each of these values can be computed using the inclusion--exclusion principle. Linearity of both values permits us to calculate them without needing the dividends of the induced games (graph-restricted game and link game). The expression of these dividends is only derived in the existing literature for special communication situations. Moreover, the associated inclusion--exclusion decomposability property depends on what we have called the graph allocation rule. This rule is the relative degree (relative indicator) for the position value (Myerson value)

Quizás el binomio conceptual más sólido en filosofía y menos cuestionado es el que opone al hombre con el animal. En el presente artículo abordaremos el cuestionamiento que Derrida realizará del cercado en el que el hombre ha recluido al resto de los animales, y su denuncia del dogmatismo con el que unilateralmente se les ha negado aquello que el hombre mismo se ha otorgado en exclusividad. Y ello no para postular ningún continuismo biológico, nada más lejos en un pensador que precisamente ha encontrado en la diferencia y en lo heterogéneo su mayor estímulo filosófico, sino para pensar ese abismo en toda su complejidad y haciéndose cargo de su espesura de sus repliegues.

The current techniques to produce texts and documents have inherited largely die devised models to work with oíd typewriters. Nevertheless, it has been progressively appraised the possibility of considering new techniques to produce texts impelled by the development of a Wold Wide Web based on documents written in HTML. Tagged texts and Mark-up languages have shown the existence of new strategies to interact with artificial agents far beyond the traditional goals posed by Artificial Intelligence. At the present time the main task consists in designing efficient text processors oriented to compose tagged. The new strategies can produce a true revolution in the textual production techniques.

Resumen Hemos querido en este ensayo presentar algunas conclusiones gruesas de la investigación que fuimos realizando desde la Cátedra de Pensamiento Latinoamericano de la Escuela de Filosofía de la UCV, desde que la fundamos (1990) hasta nuestra jubilación (2010). Nos parecen centrales las siguientes ideas para la elaboración de una filosofía de la historia de Venezuela: comprender que no hubo guerra de independencia sino de secesión pues fue una guerra civil, no confundir patria con república, pues esta es sólo una etapa de la primera y de estas conclusiones pasamos a realizar una reflexión filosófico-histórica que incorpora de una nueva manera la relación presente/pasado/futuro en la conformación de nuestro sujeto sociohistórico. Of building up a path with 32 stonesIn this paper we have aimed to present some general conclusions of the investigation we conducted from the Latin American Thinking courses at the School of Philosophy-UCV, ever since we established them formally (1990) until our retirement (2010). The following ideas seem central for us in order to elaborate a philosophy of Venezuela’s history: understanding that there was not an independence war but a secession one, for it was a civil war; not conflating homeland with republic, for the latter is just a step of the former. From these conclusions we undertake a philosophical-historical reflection that incorporates in a new fashion the present/past/future relation in the formation of our socio-historical subject.
