I am assistant professor of philosophy at Saint Vincent College in Latrobe, PA, and president of the Max Scheler Society of North America (MSSNA). I focus on themes pertaining to social and moral phenomenology in a personalist vein, such as personal identity, individuality, and dignity. I am co-editor of Edith Stein and Max Scheler in Dialogue (Bloomsbury, 2026), Legacies of Max Scheler (Marquette, 2025) and Mister Rogers and Philosophy: Wondering through the Neighborhood (Open Court, 2020). I am currently working on a manuscript entitled Dignity and Devaluation. I live in Pittsburgh, PA.
