I'm associate professor of Educational Policy at the University of Kentucky, Executive Director of the Society of Philosophers in America, Inc. (SOPHIA), and author of four books, including 'Democracy and Leadership' and 'Uniting Mississippi.' In addition to traditional areas of philosophy, I work on the philosophy of education, leadership, and public policy.
