Esteban Beltrán Ulate: (Costa Rica, 1986), member of the Costa Rican Philosophy Association (ACOFI), Latin American Circle of Phenomenology (CLAFEN), International Association of Phenomenology and Cognitive Science, Society for Phenomenology and Existential Philosophy (SPEP), Member of Scientific Comitee of American Institute for Levinasian Studies, collaborator with Phenomenological Reviews (Open Commons of Phenomenology) and Coordinator of the Institute of Research in Jewish Philosophy (IIFJ), is currently pursuing a master's degree in Philosophy at the University of Costa Rica, with a thesis about Levinas’s Phenomenology of Time; also is Law student in Universidad de la Salle. He is music Professor in Public Education Ministry of Costa Rica, Philosophy Professor Universidad Continental de las Ciencias y las Artes. Author of papers in Journals of Costa Rica, Venezuela, Colombia, Argentina, México and Brazil; elaborates reviews to books about Levinas, is working on a translation (english-spanish) of the work “Spinoza and Time” of Samuel Alexander and recently coordinated a Dossier entitled “Filosofía Judía: Problemas y Tendencias” (Jewish Philosophy: Problems and Trends) published in Revista Estudios (Universidad de Costa Rica), in 2017.
