Felix García Moriyón, Ph.D. in Philosophy, is Honorary Professor at Dpt. Of Specific Didactics (UAM), after 35 years as philosophy teacher in high school. He has authored 19 books and co-authored or edited 22 books, about philosophical and educational topics, with a specific focus on practical philosophy. He has published 184 articles. Editor of Thinking. The Journal of Philosophy for Children from 2006 until 2014. Member of the Editorial Board of several journals. Coordinator of a stable research team on the implementation of philosophy in education and of another research group on moral problems and conflicts, Niaiá (www.niaia.es).
