Ferhat Yöney

I'm an assistant professor of philosophy at Istanbul Medeniyet University. My research interests include ethics and philosophy of religion. In my doctoral dissertation, I investigated the nature of objective moral obligations and made a comparison between divine command theory and other moral realist alternatives, namely naturalist and non-naturalist theories. In the philosophy of religion, my focus is divine attributes and I am currently conducting a research on the problem of divine foreknowledge and free will.
