Dr. Fırat Akova is a Global Priorities Fellow at the Forethought Foundation for Global Priorities Research, which works in close collaboration with the Global Priorities Institute at the University of Oxford. He holds a PhD in Philosophy from the University of Warwick, where his thesis was on effective altruism. He did research on the political representation of future generations for the Global Priorities Institute at the Early Career Conference Programme. His postdoctoral projects won grant competitions.
