Presented it at various sociological conferences, including ISA's 17th World Congress of Sociology in Gothenburg, Sweden, 11-17 July, 2010. The first paper on the topic, "The Continuous Model of Culture: Modernity Decline—a Eurocentric Bias? An Attempt to Introduce an Absolute Value into a Model of Culture", has been published in journal Human Studies. In my research I would like to answer the following questions: what is culture, and why it matters to human beings at all (what is its human meaning)? According to my experience, you cannot answer these questions without thorough philosophical analysis of the topic-- namely, to be successful in your endeavour, you would need to overcome the intellectualistic character of philosophy, characterizing it from ancient times.
