I can be contacted on [email protected]. My current research interests are in metaphilosophy, the philosophy of mind and action, and the philosophy of history. I have published extensively on the philosophy of R.G. Collingwood and his contribution to contemporary debates in philosophical methodology, philosophy of action and philosophy of history. I am the joint editor (with James-Connelly) of Collingwood’s An Essay on Philosophical Method (Oxford, 2005); (with Soren Overgaard) of the Cambridge Companion to Philosophical Methodology (CUP 2017); (with Constantine Sandis) of Reasons and Causes (Palgrave 2013); with Karim Dharamsi and Stephen Leach of Collingwood on Philosophical Methodology (Palgrave 2018) and the author of Collingwood and the Metaphysics of Experience (Routledge, 2002). I am an executive member of the Journal of the Philosophy of History.
